Position Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring staff supervised deliver exceptional technical assistance and coordination to information system end users including analyzing user requirements, planning and designing interfaces, testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving hardware and application problems.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or a minimum of 6 years of experience in lieu of education required.
2. At least three years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst is required.
3. Previous management experience is preferred.
4. Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining and managing client server technology in a Windows environment is desirable.5. Knowledge of operating systems, SANs, image archive solutions, device backup, Exchange or other email systems, switch configuration, and network/internet security products is desirable.
