General Description/Primary Purpose:
The position serves as a technical lead for pavement performance research, providing oversight of data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. This role coordinates and guides research staff, applies advanced analytical methods, and leads the development of data infrastructure, experimental designs, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality, reliability, and long‑term value of pavement materials and performance evaluation data. This position is located on-site in the Pavement Research Unit of the FDOT State Materials Office in Gainesville, FL.

Required Qualifications
Master's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
