The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and support construction operations.
  • Conduct site visits, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Work with NAMI's operating systems and software.
  • Collaborate closely with field personnel and subcontractors to plan and execute work.
  • Interact with customers, manage multiple ongoing projects, and ensure all needs are met.
  • Prepare billing projections based on timelines.
  • Maintain project tracking for compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Forecast and schedule manpower.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a project management role or similar capacity.
  • An entrepreneurship mindset is desired.
  • Must be highly organized and have a strong skill set of multi-tasking.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction, HVAC, and/or Plumbing is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
