- Accompany patients to oncology appointments
- Be an adherence treatment coach and empower patients to discuss any concerns with their oncology team
- Providing routine supportive phone calls to assigned patients 
- Participate in community outreach events to raise awareness about cancer support and early detection 
- Spending time with patients who are alone at the treatment clinics
- Fostering a caring and compassionate relationship with cancer patients assigned or during outreach 
- Participate in self-care groups, psych education and enrichment training
