Manager, Partnership Activation, Tennis Events, North America

Oversees the execution of sponsorship agreements across the North American Tennis portfolio, primarily the Miami open. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, the role ensures all assets are fulfilled, activations are delivered seamlessly, and client expectations are exceeded through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of sponsor account management/activation of assigned accounts leading up to, during and after the event(s)

  • Key collaborator with all departments to ensure proper communication of needs as related to Sponsors (Operations, Marketing, F&B, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure an efficient sales process including development of sales collateral/decks and proposals as well as graphic design support

  • Maintain accurate record of new sales pipeline, renewals, available inventory assets, and executed proposals via CRM and internal documentation

  • Monitor contract creation via CRM/ Legal Team and partner with Legal and Accounting to oversee contract generation, documentation, and invoicing processes

  • Manage television spot production layout of commercial time during broadcasts

  • Collaborate with:

  • Operations Teams to ensure efficient planning of site map as it relates to sponsor placement and logistics leading up to, during and after event(s)

  • Coordinate all aspects of F&B in sponsor suites and sponsor hospitality destinations on site

  • Marketing Team to execute all contractual marketing and social media campaigns in a timely manner

  • Ticketing Team to maintain accurate ticket and parking inventory

  • Oversee compilation photography and video assets for postmortem recaps and future event sales collateral

  • Take client briefs, perform internal agenda planning, and oversee timely execution of deliverables.

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and documentation standards.

  • Maintain awareness of competitor events, market trends, and sponsorship innovations to inform team strategy.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field - preferred

  • 4+ years' work or internship experience in a partnership's development capacity

  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and produce high quality work

  • Effective in both independent and team working environments

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.  Experience with design programs desirable
