WME is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the design, modernization, and unification of the systems that power the agency’s commercial core — defining how we manage clients, build deals, and run tours across AgencyOS, WME’s modern, intelligent operating system.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a product leader who is both strategic and scrappy — someone who can zoom out to shape multi-year platform architecture and also roll up their sleeves to map workflows, write clear requirements, and work directly with agents, assistants, and touring teams to solve real problems. The ideal candidate blends strong technical fluency, excellent UX instincts, and deep understanding of real-world live touring operations.
You will lead the cross-platform strategy for WME’s commercial ecosystem, ensuring Agent Workspace, Bookings & Deals, Live Touring, and the Data & Intelligence Platform operate as a unified, scalable system. Your work will consolidate legacy tools, eliminate redundant workflows, surface actionable insights, and define how dealmaking and touring logistics happen across the entire agency.
As the end-to-end owner for these interconnected systems, you will shape the workflows that drive WME’s commercial backbone — where every client, project, booking, and tour comes together.
This role reports to WME’s SVP, Product & Engineering, based in Los Angeles.
Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of WME’s Agent, Bookings & Live Touring Platforms.
Drive the cross-platform integration of Agent Workspace, Bookings & Deals, Live Touring, and Data & Intelligence, ensuring a unified workflow experience.
Partner with the Head of Engineering and Technical Architect to define platform interfaces, services, data contracts, and permission models.
Partner with the Data & Intelligence Platform team on the data model for clients, projects, bookings, touring entities, and revenue objects — ensuring accurate entity linking, data quality, and AI-readiness.
Own the definitions and data structures for revenue, routes, settlements, booking objects, and client entities within AgencyOS.
Translate complex business processes — including deal creation, client management, touring logistics, routing, and settlement — into structured and intuitive digital systems.
Work hands-on with agents, assistants, and touring teams to deeply understand real workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions.
Lead product discovery for new tools that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and support collaboration across divisions.
Identify and embed automation and intelligence opportunities — including forecasting, deal suggestions, routing insights, risk alerts, and pricing intelligence.
Operate as a single-threaded owner — sequencing priorities, defining requirements, and driving delivery across multiple engineering and design pods.
Lead change-management strategy, training plans, rollout sequencing, and workflow migration for agents, assistants, and touring teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business Affairs to deliver integrated solutions that reflect the needs of the business.
Build business cases and partner with Finance to quantify ROI, efficiency gains, operational cost takeout, and productivity improvements.
Drive investment cases, sequencing decisions, and resource tradeoffs at the executive level.
Align cross-department stakeholders — including divisional leadership, live events teams, BA, Finance, and agency executives — around shared success metrics and prioritization.
Use data to drive clarity and decision-making across competing needs.
10–15 years of Product Management experience, with significant time spent on enterprise workflow systems, operational tooling, or revenue platforms.
Real-life experience with live touring workflows — ideally through work in touring, artist management, ticketing, live events, or operational tools supporting touring ecosystems.
Proven success leading large-scale platform modernization or digital transformation efforts, especially consolidating multiple legacy systems.
Demonstrated success operating in hands-on, scrappy environments — comfortable digging into details, mapping workflows, writing requirements, and partnering directly with end users.
Systems thinker with deep experience simplifying complexity and turning manual workflows into intuitive, automated systems.
Experience managing or mentoring other PMs or leading multi-disciplinary pods (engineering, design, data, QA).
Exceptional ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders, including executives with P&L ownership.
Strong technical fluency with data models, APIs, workflows, architecture fundamentals, and system integrations.
Familiarity with organizational change management, rollout planning, and adoption strategy at scale.
Experience integrating operational, financial, and legal data into cohesive product ecosystems.
Background in entertainment, media, or live touring strongly preferred.
