The Esports Management program within the School of Sport Science is seeking
adjunct faculty for the following courses for the 2025-2026 academic year. These
are in-person classes and take place on campus in Beverly.

• ESM101 Introduction to Esports Management
• ESM200 Esports League Operations
• ESM300 Administration of Esports at High School & Collegiate Levels
• ESM303 Esports Game Technology
• ESM305 Esports Management Revenue Generation & Development
• ESM306 Esports Business Models
   

Faculty hired to teach these courses will be required to:

• Fulfill the learning outcomes according to the existing syllabus, with
• flexibility in content and delivery as appropriate.
• Abide by Endicott’s academic policies
• Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.
• Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.
• Communicate with the Faculty Department Lead for Sport Management if
• and when issues arise concerning the teaching of the courses.
• Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any
• course-related matter.
• Use their Endicott email address when communicating with students.
• Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Master’s degree is required. Ph.D. preferred.
• College level teaching experience is strongly preferred.
