The School of Visual and Performing Arts is currently seeking individuals to teach the following courses in the spring semester, with classes starting on Tuesday, January 20 and ending on Friday, May 8:

  • PHT 218 Documentary Photography

COMPENSATION PER COURSE:

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $$1,100 - $4,700 per course). This range reflects base pay only and does not include other potential compensation or benefits.

This in-person studio courses meet for 3:50 hours on Tuesdays from 4:00-7:50

Instructors are expected to:

  • Deliver the course in person in their assigned time blocks.

  • Abide by Endicott’s academic policies as described in the College’s faculty handbook.

  • Use the course description and honor each course's learning outcomes.

  • Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.

  • Meet deadlines for roster verification and grade submission.

  • Communicate with the dean or other administrators if issues arise concerning the teaching of specific classes.

  • Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification on any course-related matter.

  • Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes.

  • Use the Endicott email when communicating with students outside of class.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Master’s degree is required, and college-level teaching experience is preferred.
