Manage provider onboarding, credentialing, and contracting processes to ensure timely and accurate network development. 

Maintain positive provider relations through consistent communication, issue resolution, and performance support. 

Monitor provider performance metrics, identify gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in quality and efficiency. 

Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and health plan requirements. 

Oversee provider data integrity within internal systems, ensuring accurate rosters, directories, and reporting. 

Partner with payers, care management, and compliance teams to support network adequacy and provider engagement initiatives. 

Lead and mentor operations staff, providing guidance and performance management to support departmental goals. 

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance provider satisfaction. 

Perform other duties as assigned, supporting organizational goals and initiatives.
