Assist Academic Operations staff
Perform classroom audio-visual system checks and maintenance
You should have a basic understanding of technology and a strong desire to learn more.
You need not be a gearhead. We will train you in the specific skills you will need.
We need responsible, hard workers who are self-motivated, reliable and punctual.
Neatness and attention to detail are highly prized attributes.
Perform checks of classroom AV systems as well as general classroom conditions and note any items needing attention
Assist Academic Operations staff with maintenance and projects
Answer classroom emergency trouble calls and enter/update relevant work orders in the IT ticketing system to keep track of classroom issues
Create and maintain documentation in Google and the IT Knowledge Base portfolio
Demonstrate excellent customer service to our clients
Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College.
Shifts take place during weekdays between 9am - 5pm, with some availability on Saturdays.
$16.30 per hour

Eligibility to Work

Failure to have a completed I-9 form on file with the College will result in immediate termination of employment.
