Position Summary:

Screens incoming calls and determines purpose of call and will assign calls to appropriate personnel and/or department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
• Responsible for all the internal and external work orders, as well as tracking the work orders.
• Takes and delivers phone messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Must possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and familiarity with Workday and Kronos is preferred.

Will be a variable shift. Sunday-Thursday days 7:30am -3:30am or Tuesday-Saturday swing 3:30pm-11:30pm

This role offers a starting wage of $18.28 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
