Position Summary:

Enthusiastically answering all calls made to property and communicating with guests and departments to best answer the questions and concerns of callers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes superior guest service.
  • Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently with callers and other departments within the company.
  • Answers questions regarding the property, departments, promotions, events, etc.
  • Actively promotes the property and events to encourage guests to initiate or continue visitation.
  • Resolves caller issues/concerns and works directly with Player Development Supervisor to receive guidance when necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • One year of Call Center, Marketing, Special Event, Hotel Operations, Box Office Operations or related guest service experience.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
  • Intermediate typing skills. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
  • Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
  • Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
