Position Summary: 

Assist team members with obtaining properly fitting uniforms assigned for the job and keep accurate physical inventory of garments and supplies. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes superior guest service.

  • Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

  • Processes team member transactions for uniform assignment.

  • Completes all counter transaction records to include counting and sorting all garments received, preparing the garments for shipment, inventory, or storage. 

  • Answers all questions presented by team members and department heads on the services provided by the wardrobe department. 

  • Schedules and processes fittings for team members and accurately records the information for sizing in the software program. 

  • Issues uniforms to new employees and replaces worn or torn uniforms.

  • Maintains accurate documents on all uniforms distributed, goods received and inventories.

  • Maintains inventory and conducts sales to team members from employee store located within the wardrobe department.

  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous service experience is required.

  • High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • This position requires the ability to lift up to forty pounds.

  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

  • Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

  • Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
