RN:
Delivers direct and indirect care to patients in an office setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Provides high quality care to a variety of patient populations. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide high quality care and adherence to department policies and procedures/guidelines.

LPN:
Assists medical provider in the care and treatment of patients with a variety of illnesses. Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures; maintain patient records; and select, assemble, check, and operate equipment. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patient for examination, and administering medication as directed by provider.

Assess the needs of individuals, families or communities, including assessment of individuals' home or work environments to identify potential health or safety problems.
Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Direct and coordinate infection control programs, advising and consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautions.
Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.
Instruct individuals, families and other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention and childbirth, and develop health improvement programs.
Conduct specified laboratory tests.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Qualifications
One Year Certificate from College or Tech School Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required
1-3 years Health care experience Preferred
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
