Job Description:
The Crew Support department plays a vital role in the 24/7 Transplant Logistics Command Center located in Andover, MA. Leveraging deep knowledge of aviation operations and internal processes, this team ensures smooth and efficient logistical coordination for all flight crew members. Responsibilities include arranging essential travel accommodations such as hotel bookings, ground transportation, and flight itineraries, with a strong focus on fatigue mitigation and operational efficiency.
By managing these logistics seamlessly, Crew Support contributes directly to the well-being and readiness of flight crews, supporting high performance during time-sensitive, life-saving missions.
This is a dynamic position that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong sense of commitment. Crew Support works approximately 15 twelve-hour shifts per month on a rotating schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 4 days off — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

TransMedics is committed to equitable and transparent compensation. The expected hourly rate for this role is $33.20-$41.42, which represents the company’s current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual hour rate will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location. Hourly roles may also be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, incentive programs, and our comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources).
