• Assist on the legal research, due diligence and legal issue analysis
• Assist on the drafting/review of the offering documents and transaction documents
• Penultimate year LLM student at a reputable law school, outstanding LLB student is welcomed
• Internship experience with reputable law firms is preferred
• Passed the PRC Bar exam 
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, be proactive, Communicates in a clear and concise manner
