Job Description:
This Senior Talent Acquisition Manager role will lead recruitment for a number of areas across our organization, including but not limited to: Logistics, Aviation, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Clinical, Support Functions, National OCS (Organ Care System) Program and Global Recruitment. These roles require individuals who are masters of their craft. Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, build strong relationships, and drive the hiring process end-to-end across all geographies, while also representing the TransMedics brand and providing a top-tier candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the labor market, workforce trends, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the business.

TransMedics is committed to equitable and transparent compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $163,800– $204,400, which represents the company’s current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual salary will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources). We comply with all U.S. pay transparency laws and do not request or consider salary history.
