Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process improvements within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to enhance production processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve quality.
Core Duties
Analyze installation processes to identify areas for improvement
Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain process documentation to support process improvement
Design and run Operational tests to measure process improvements and their impacts.
Train and mentor staff on new process changes and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are integrated and corporate-wide improvements are realized
Develop strategies and plans to ensure sustainability of improvements
Monitor and report progress on projects and performance to senior management
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events for process improvement
Maintain knowledge of the latest practices and trends in the field of process improvement and lean methodology
Support and assist with conducting Internal Operations Manual System Audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions
Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations
Other Duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or 3 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in process improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellence in Microsoft Office
Experience in training and mentoring staff
Experience with quality management systems and related operational functionalities
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
Desired Qualifications
Experience in conducting Kaizen events
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
Ability to work independently, and work in a fast-paced environment with strict time constraints.
Compensation: 3.750,00 Euro / month
