•Monthly Compensation: 1245 to 1350 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Lead content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms
• Create viral and engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
• Write blog content that supports SEO and thought leadership
• Use analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns
• Demonstrate organic follower growth with supporting metrics
• Actively manage community engagement (responding to comments/DMs daily)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives
• Monitor trends and audience behavior to inform strategy
• Engage with online communities and manage brand reputation
• Report on KPIs and campaign outcomes regularly

Requirements:• 3-5 years of proven experience specifically in social media management

Working Schedule:
Weekdays: 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Arizona Time
