As a Legal Case Manager – Personal Injury, you’ll play a key role in supporting personal injury clients by keeping cases organized, gathering critical documentation, and ensuring smooth communication. Your work will directly impact the strength and success of each case. This position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys being a trusted point of contact for clients and providers.

Monthly Compensation: 1220 USD to 1320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Verify insurance documentation and request medical records from providers.
•Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using firm software.
•Schedule appointments and conduct client interviews.
•Collect evidence and documentation to support client cases.
•Generate weekly and monthly reports on case progress.
•Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and external partners.
•Review case files and flag missing or problematic information.

Requirements
•2-3 years of experience in Case Manager position.
•Prior experience in case management within a personal injury law firm.
• Familiarity with LeadDocket and Filevine preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Confident and well-spoken communicator.
