Day in the Life:
The Office and Facilities Services Coordinator is a detail oriented, customer focused professional who will join our Corporate Office Services Team. This role will perform a number of light physical and administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of the office and photo studio environments. The position will report directly to the Director of Facilities while working alongside an inclusive team.

What You Will Do:

• Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
• Ensure all conference room functions are maintained and kept orderly
• Maintain all office, pantry & restroom supply levels
• Responsible for monthly visual Fire Extinguisher inspections
• Assist couriers delivering and picking up studio props
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools
• Maintain executive/common pantries
• Disinfect all high touchpoints throughout the day
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the day
• Light cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping)

What You Will Need:

• The ability to lift 20 lbs
• Basic computer skills including experience with GoogleSuite, Microsoft Word, General Email exchange
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Able to think independently
