Job Description:
Join our compassionate, collaborative team as a Community Support Specialist and make a difference in the lives of individuals in need. We're looking for dedicated professionals who can provide community-based mental health services, empower clients and their families, and build strong foundations for long-term wellbeing and independence. As a Community Support Specialist, you'll help individuals adapt to living in their communities by creating personalized plans that address their specific needs. You'll use evidence-based techniques and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive mental health services.
We're seeking individuals with a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
