Overview 
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and delivery of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.  The role will own both our Digital Product Creation DAM and Brand Marketing DAM products. You will collaborate with our Digital Enterprise Technology team in delivering an integrated Digital Asset Management Ecosystem all the way through to downstream digital channel asset distribution. This role requires a business-first mindset, balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility to deliver impactful solutions across a complex digital ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own Product Strategy & Vision 
    Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the DAM platform, aligning with business goals and user needs. Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable value.  
  • Lead End-to-End Execution 
    Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. Create and maintain detailed project plans, prioritize backlogs, and ensure on-time, high-quality execution.  
  • Drive Business Outcomes 
    Act as the voice of the business, ensuring product decisions are grounded in ROI, scalability, and operational impact. Continuously evaluate performance and optimize
    value delivery.  
  • Manage and Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams 
    Lead and collaborate with designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Provide clear direction, remove blockers, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.  
  • Support Integrations with DAM Across the Digital Ecosystem 
    Support and guide integrations with a wide range of digital product creation tools, including:  
  • Design platforms  
  • Digital merchandising systems  
  • Product lifecycle management (PLM) tools  
  • Other DAM and content management systems 
    Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.  
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 
    Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.  
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation 
    Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve asset governance, and leverage emerging technologies to evolve the DAM ecosystem.  

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in digital platforms or enterprise systems  
  • Strong background in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or adjacent domains (content management, PLM, digital commerce, or design workflows)  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy while driving detailed execution  
  • Experience managing project plans, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery  
  • Familiarity with integrations and APIs across complex digital ecosystems  
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes  
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills  
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with design tools (2D, 3D, AI), merchandising platforms, or PLM systems  
  • Background in retail, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industries  
  • Experience scaling DAM platforms across global teams

Hiring Range:

$112,000.00 USD - $140,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
