As a Masters Level Clinician, you will provide therapeutic services including individual, group, and family counseling under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist. You will conduct assessments, render diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based interventions to help clients overcome challenges and reach their highest potential. Our ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or family therapy and is working toward or holds state licensure.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services in accordance with treatment plans.
Conduct intakes, screenings, and comprehensive assessments within required timeframes.
Develop and update treatment plans in line with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Determine and document diagnoses based on assessments.
Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, providing feedback on cases.
Meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) requirements.
Accurately document services and submit notes in compliance with timelines and standards.
Assist clients in transitions by completing necessary documentation and plans.
Provide crisis intervention and coordinate emergency services as needed.
Facilitate group counseling, trauma-focused care, and co-occurring disorder treatment.
Collaborate with internal departments, referral sources, and community partners.
Represent Adult & Child Health in the community with professionalism.
Complete all required training and maintain compliance with agency and state requirements.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
Eligible for or currently licensed in Indiana as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent.
Willingness to obtain full licensure with the Indiana Board of Professional Registration (including supervision hours and exam).
Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states as needed.
Comfort and willingness to provide telehealth services (training provided).
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Licensed or license-eligible in Indiana as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of diagnostic criteria for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Proficient in case management, rehabilitation methods, and crisis intervention.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms.
Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently.
Commitment to ethical practice, collaboration, and cultural competence.
Supervisory Requirements:
None (may provide supervision to trainees once licensure is obtained).
