Job Summary: 
Join our dedicated team as a Compliance Partner, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation and coordination of compliance policies across our regions and service lines. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing training programs, investigating compliance issues, and collaborating with leadership to promote a culture of integrity. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance. Your expertise will help us navigate complex regulations and foster a culture of accountability. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day compliance activities, including monitoring compliance-related activities, developing training programs, and investigating reports of misconduct. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our practices align with laws and corporate policies, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Implement and coordinate compliance policies within assigned regions or service lines. 
• Develop and deliver corporate compliance training programs tailored to various audiences. 
• Investigate reports of misconduct and non-compliance, preparing thorough investigative reports. 
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor compliance-related activities and develop mitigation strategies. 
• Analyze trends and patterns of non-conformance, reporting findings to the Vice President of Compliance Culture. 
Maintain documentation of compliance activities and corrective action plans. 
• Review documentation for provider feedback and training. 
• Liaise between Integrity and providers regarding audit results. 
• Regularly visit offices and participate in employee functions to promote compliance awareness. 

 

 

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 
• Experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder services preferred. 
• Experience in healthcare-related compliance preferred. 
• Familiarity with compliance-related software is a plus. 

 

 

Additional Qualifications: 
• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check. 
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. 

 

 

Physical Requirements: 
• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift. 
• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
