Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service for both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair tasks on facilities, equipment, and grounds in compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
Complete work orders promptly and maintain accurate records in the work order system.
Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
Report safety hazards immediately and take corrective action as directed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
Submit credit card and fuel receipts accurately and on time.
Participate in staff development activities and contribute to program evaluations and operational improvements.
Other duties as assigned by Facilities Leadership.

Experience and Education Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Effective communication skills for interacting with coworkers, managers, and the public
