As a Clinical Provider, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and develop actionable treatment strategies while collaborating with a supportive network of professionals dedicated to student success.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet the needs and goals of clients/patients. • Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within required time frames. • Determine and document diagnoses based on thorough assessments. • Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state standards, evolving based on ongoing assessments. • Participate in clinical meetings, providing insights on relevant cases. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service authorization and timely communication. • Document all services provided in line with regulatory standards. • Facilitate client transitions by completing necessary correspondence like transition summaries and plans. • Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed. • Provide clinical supervision to trainees once qualified. • Engage in professional training and mentorship on clinical issues and evidence-based practices.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. • Hold licensure with the applicable state board as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). • Be willing to obtain licensure in additional states beyond the current license. • Comfortable with providing telehealth services (training will be provided).
Additional Qualifications: • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record and driving record. • Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance. • First Aid and CPR certifications required within three months of employment. • Completion of required training within specified time frames, including behavioral management training.
Physical Requirements: • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. • May involve sitting most of the time but could require walking or standing for brief periods. • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and writing.
