In this role, you will facilitate communication between the OP team and the Scheduling teams, assisting with care coordination for OP provider caseloads. Your support will ensure that clients receive the highest level of care without disruption, enhancing overall patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a scheduling liaison to the scheduling team to maximize OP schedules by coordinating with administrative supervisors and OP providers.
• Collaborate with the scheduling department to manage provider terminations/resignations and facilitate caseload transfers, ensuring clients experience no disruption in care.
• Assist in identifying incorrect pairings and necessary transfers in coordination with Centralized Scheduling schedule scrubbers.
• Monitor caseload sizes, waitlists, and cancellation lists in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors and OP providers.
• Act as a liaison between the OP department and HIM team to support transfers, discharges, and caseload management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including HIM, Compliance, and QI to ensure documentation meets compliance and best practice standards.
• Abide by the system’s privacy and security policies when interacting with clients and team members.
• Participate in required meetings and evaluations as outlined by the system’s policies and procedures.
• Carry out special functions as assigned by supervisor.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology.
• License is not required but experience and knowledge related to clinical services is desired.
Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
• Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
• All training requirements, including Relias, to be completed at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms are required for typing and writing during the work shift.
• Typically involves sitting most of the time but may include walking or standing for brief periods.
