Centerstone is expanding its Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services, and this role was created to support that growth. The CCBHC Site Coordinator provides onsite oversight and coordination of Centerstone’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program at designated clinic location(s) in Quincy, Illinois. This position serves as the primary onsite resource for CCBHC compliance, fidelity monitoring, and regulatory adherence, ensuring all service array requirements, performance expectations, and contractual deliverables are met.
Reporting to the Director of CCBHC Clinical Services, the Site Coordinator collaborates with Centerstone’s statewide leadership, local clinic leadership, and community partners to maintain audit readiness, support continuous quality improvement, and ensure consistent implementation of CCBHC standards. The Site Coordinator is the primary point of contact for CCBHC‑related questions, monitoring activities, and improvement efforts at the site.

What You’ll Do
Provide consultation and technical assistance to support high‑quality clinical services in compliance with federal, state, and accrediting requirements.
Collaborate with leadership across Centerstone programs to ensure strong coordination of care and effective internal and external referrals.
Support the implementation and monitoring of evidence‑based practices to maintain CCBHC fidelity, including staff training and documentation review.
Build positive relationships with clinic staff and leaders while serving as a visible onsite resource.
Maintain applicable certifications and licensure requirements.
Represent Centerstone with internal and external stakeholders, funders, and community partners, supporting the growth and sustainability of CCBHC services.
Work independently with sound judgment, initiative, and discretion; identify opportunities for improvement as Centerstone’s CCBHC services expand.
Assist the Director with oversight of CCBHC operations across Illinois, ensuring all contractual deliverables are met within required timelines.
Participate in clinical reviews and grant compliance activities; help develop targeted training and supervision plans.
Support process reviews and implementation of new workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and strong clinical documentation.
Respond effectively to crisis situations involving danger to self or others, ensuring client safety, stabilization, and appropriate referrals until resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in‑person and virtual).
Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
Experience with program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, leadership, and community partners.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Working knowledge of grant requirements, including reporting and performance measures.
Bachelor’s degree in a social services field plus three (3) years of clinical experience in a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) or CCBHC; OR
Master’s degree in social services, mental health, or a related field (preferred).
Communicate Centerstone’s strategic direction and program goals.
Support staff engagement, collaboration, and professional development.
Contribute to strategic planning related to CCBHC growth.
Reinforce a team‑based, inclusive approach.
Manage employee concerns with professionalism and appropriate HR guidance.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
