In this role, you will conduct assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care. Key Responsibilities:
· Complete intake, screening, and assessment processes within required timeframes
· Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and state guidelines
· Facilitate group counseling, educational sessions, and individual counseling focused on recovery
· Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight and feedback
· Document all services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
· Support clients through transition processes, including completion of required correspondence
· Maintain professional, ethical relationships with clients, referral sources, and team members
· Respond effectively to crisis situations as they arise
· Represent the organization professionally within the community
· Complete required trainings and maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (non‑licensed) in a human services field, and/or certified or credentialed to provide services within scope of practice
· Credentialed as a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB) or as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
· Willingness to become credentialed in additional states and provide telehealth services
Additional Qualifications:
· Successful completion of background checks, including criminal and driving record checks
· Valid driver’s license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
· Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of employment
· Must complete required training within specified timeframes
· Ability to communicate effectively and manage documentation requirements consistently
Physical Requirements
· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
· Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
· Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to meet the physical demands of a sedentary work environment
