Job Description Summary:

Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department, including budget, finance, purchasing, procurement of goods and services, and other contracts.

Job Description:

  • Monitor invoice payments are processed and well documented.
  • Ensure all administrative documents are required.
  • Helping to find out the price of transportation information is updated.
  • Assist management prepare budget, planning, work activity.
  • Prepare reports and related data management needs.
  • Help prepare publications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, finance, or procurement roles.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, invoice processing, and purchasing administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
