• Delivers initial closing disclosure to the borrower in a timely manner and ensures the accuracy of the initial closing disclosure
• Performs complex and confidential administrative functions including but not limited to: organizes confidential files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records
• Processes and responds to all incoming methods of communication 
• Adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent changes

• Excellent time management skills
• Highly adaptable team player 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mortgage industry experience
