Responsibilities:
The Robotics Technician I will be responsible for repairing various robotic equipment by utilizing prints and wiring diagrams, completing and submitting shop repair orders, rework, and miscellaneous sheets to update individual utilization reports on a daily basis or as required, and maintain inventory levels of repair stock (e.g. bearings, seals, gears, etc.). The Robotics Technician will also be responsible for fielding calls from crews to support robotic or equipment repairs

Physical Demands:
In the performance of duties for this position, the employee is: regularly required to sit, talk, and hear without visual controls; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, grip, or feel objects, tools or controls, repetitive motion, required to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, stretch, push, pull, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, steps and narrow passages, walk uneven surfaces and wear appropriate personal protective equipment; balance, and taste or smell; regularly lift, push, pull and move up to 80 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include: close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability for extended concentration.
Work Environment:
In performing the duties for this job, the employee will generally work in a shop environment (with moving vehicles and mechanical operations). Will be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is usually moderate.
