Key Responsibilities
People Analytics
Digital
Own the correct functioning, continuous improvement and evolution of Workday as the company’s HRIS, ensuring it remains aligned with business needs and People priorities
Manage relationships with external partners and service providers supporting HR systems, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective issue resolution
Act as a key point of contact between People, IT and external vendors to coordinate system enhancements, implementations and ongoing support
Leverage knowledge of end-to-end People processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation and optimization through technology
Ensure HR systems and digital tools effectively support People operations, employee experience and business efficiency
Contribute to the definition and implementation of digital solutions that strengthen People capabilities and enable scalable processes
AI
Embed AI into People Analytics and digital initiatives to improve efficiency, insight generation and decision-making across the People function
Identify and implement AI use cases that enhance People processes, team productivity and overall organizational effectiveness
Act as an enabler for broader AI adoption across the company, promoting practical and impactful use of AI tools among employees
Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive AI literacy, encourage adoption and support the integration of AI into day-to-day ways of working
Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities, governance principles and the company’s performance ambitions
Key Requirements
Degree in HR, Data Analytics or related field
Proven background or experience in HR and strong understanding of People processes
Experience in People Analytics, including reporting, dashboarding and insight generation
Strong data orientation and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into business value
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive practical solutions
Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday, and managing system improvements and external partners
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels
Interest in and practical understanding of AI applications in business and People environments
