Job Description Summary:

Reporting to Head of Asset Service, in this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day service ownership and act as the main operational interface with different departments, ensuring service, QHSE, performance, and continuous improvement of our Wind Farms across several countries ( FR, BE and UK) based in France.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all resources within countries where the Wind Farms are located.

  • Oversee the services teams, their performance and efficiency.

  • Ensure that Wind Farms are working smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely.

  • Comply with KPI’s defined.

  • Comply with all company procedures and guidelines.

  • Reporting and support with ERP systems.

  • Work closely with other departments  within the organization.

  • Budget preparation and control.

  • Cost optimisation.

Technical and Cross Competences

  • Knowledge of wind farms operation and maintenance

  • Ability to make decisions with regards to completion of tasks and job methods and follow through with results of outcome.

  • Ability to multitask on a consistent basis.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity.

  • Solid commitment to the concept of safety in general and safety in the work environment,

  • Proactive attitude and high sense of responsibility.

Education and Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrotechnical Engineering (or related field).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector.

  • Solid understanding of maintenance processes

  • Experience in experience in wind, or other renewables is a plus.

  • Fluent French and  English, Spanish is a plus.

  • Country work permits mandatory.

  • Driving license.

  • Experience in ERP or similar platforms.

Travel Requirements

Ability and willingness to travel  as required.
