Project Management & Status Reporting
Ensure adherence to owner decisions, needs, and expectations by consultants, contractors, and department staff. Attend planning meetings, scheduling meetings, and progress meetings, then prepare status reports for respective stakeholders.
Monitoring & Q/C
Coordinate site visits for quality control purposes by way of field assignments or in person observations; comparing drawings, industry standards, and code requirements to actual project conditions, as well as comparing progress made to schedules and forecasts.
Estimating & Budgeting
Collect all needed data to make accurate financial estimations for projects. Prepare monetary budgets and timelines for each planned or pending project. Prepare project charters for all stakeholders.
Facility Life & Condition Assessing
Investigate, periodically or upon request, the overall structural and aesthetic condition of ministry facilities and equipment. Assess for sustainability, efficiency, and life expectancy. Forecast and report on possible needs to renovate, re-purpose, or even remove buildings or systems.

Required Education:
College Degree - Business

Preferred Education:
MBA
Work Experience
Required Experience:
4+ years in construction management

Preferred Experience:
7+ years in capital project management
