The Manager, Fan Analytics (Direct-To-Consumer) will be responsible for supporting WWE’s Direct-to-Consumer business through a mix of quantitative and qualitative analysis. While this role will initially focus on WWE’s Live Events and Consumer Products verticals—including marketing, ticketing, e-commerce, and fan insights—it sits within TKO’s centralized Analytics & Insights team and will ultimately support strategic initiatives across the full portfolio of TKO properties, including UFC and PBR.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all functions of TKO’s Direct-to-Consumer Live Events and Consumer Products verticals, including business units such as Ticket Sales, E-commerce, and Fan insights.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and develop observations, insights and recommendations on a weekly basis
Assist in the coordination of data collection and validation, which may include contacting various vendors/agencies outside the company to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or obtain missing data; responsible for data quality and integrity
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of related experience in Analytics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), and SQL.
Experience extracting, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to drive business improvement.
Proven track record of identifying and highlighting key insights, signals, and trends deep within the underlying data.
Ability to manage large scale analytics projects involving multiple stakeholders including various business units and technology partners.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Able to synthesize and communicate complex qualitative and quantitative data using data visualization.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Other Relevant Experience (a plus):
Experience with Digital Analytics Platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Live Events/Ticketing and or major sports league experience a plus
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, etc.), other Visualization and Dashboarding tools or advanced data analytics tools (e.g. SAS, R, Hadoop, Python, etc.)
Experience with Location intelligence platforms (Alteryx,ESRI, etc.)
Experience in retail or e-commerce industries

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
