• Analyze internal and external concerns, recommend best practices, and lead functional teams to ensure Driscoll’s aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.
• Establish best practices to extend the service life of aircraft components and optimize support services such as digital flight planning, inflight connectivity, and subscriptions to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations.
• Lead functional teams or projects to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Aviation to manage initiatives that support strategic growth.
• Support the Business Unit’s people priorities, including leadership development, employee engagement, and performance enablement.
• Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
• Consistently represent Driscoll’s with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with growers, colleagues, suppliers, customers, and the broader business community.
Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Salary Range estimated for the Assistant Chief Pilot is: $ 179,000 to 220,000 USD.
