Ensure the proper use and execution of qualitative and quantitative research tools to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and preferences across the global enterprise.
Translate consumer flavor data into actionable insights to support product leadership, brand strategy, and go-to-market planning.
Partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure the consumer voice is embedded in strategic initiatives within the Research and Development Department.
Create a strong feedback loop to ensure innovation and achieve our mission, winning with flavor.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, breeding programs, grower uptake, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Develop competitive global landscape reports and strategic briefings on new berry varieties being patented for leadership and product teams.
Collaborate with global business units and deployment managers to identify threats and opportunities across regions.
Act as a strategic partner to Research & Development Teams, Marketing, and Product Leadership teams across all global business units.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment between global and regional teams to ensure insights are leveraged globally.
Support strategic planning and innovation roadmaps with data-driven recommendations.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range estimated for the Global Consumer & Competitive Insights Manager: $103,560/year to $135,628/year.
