• Leverage US immigration expertise in PERM, H, L, O and TN Visas, and partner with suppliers to deliver high-quality service to new and existing Driscoll’s employees. Look to create solutions to drive down cycle times and improve the employee experience
• Serve as main POC and SME for all US-Inbound immigration matters; assist in overall management of immigration program:
o Assist in posting jobs to various job boards with attention to detail
o Coordinate the preparation and processing of visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related documents for international assignments
o Manage and maintain all immigration files and process invoices
o Keep employees up to date on their case statuses; communicate effectively
• Handle the immigration processes and associated assignment regulations/tasks for cases while working in close liaison with HRBPs and supplier network. Utilize technology to track and record all aspects of the immigration lifecycle for Driscoll’s employees
• Assist in reviewing monthly assignment and visa expiration reports and liaising with Regional HRBPs to confirm the way forward for upcoming expirations and taking action on agreed outcomes. Execute on quick document collection and assist in building stakeholder relationships with key HR partners to build, support and ensure alignment for program outcomes. Pivot quickly between internal managers and suppliers to obtain and deliver approvals
• Coordinate and produce assignment letters/contracts and other documentation for both US domestic and International relocations; brief assignees and answer routine immigration or assignment-related questions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees on global assignments and related information
• Assist with preparation of data and information for regular mobility reporting (including global movement, cost/spend & financials, and immigration audits) as needed
• Participate in the review of process and vendor relationships and work with the Global Mobility Program Manager to assist with implementing changes. Help monitor effectiveness of the Global Mobility program; develop recommended improvements to enhance value, particularly with regard to immigration & billing/invoicing
• Review and process all supplier invoices, record keeping, tracking, and updating databases accordingly. Work closely with payroll & finance teams to ensure proper maintenance of Mobility-related charges
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines concerning talent acquisition and global mobility. Ensure the security of Driscoll’s and candidate’s confidential and proprietary information and materials
IMPORTANT: This position requires on-site work, 4 days a week, at our Watsonville, California office. Remote work is not available.

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
The U.S. estimated salary range for this role is: $66,460 to $85,069
