- Maintain and drive a motivated team, ensure that their knowledge is updated and skills are honed at all times

- ’éĘ Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and initiatives; compiling Market Intelligence and sharing with Management

- ’éĘ Ensure execution of all strategic and tactical initiatives; monitor activities through proper tracking mechanisms, reporting and feedback system
- ’éĘ Maintain files and information database of key accounts; nurture key accounts for the purpose of marketing, selling, sales planning and forecasting
- ’éĘ Co-ordinate with other functional areas such as Marketing, PR, Corporate Communications and Education Services team.

- Ensuring that all policies and procedures established under the LaboratoryŌĆÖs Management System
- (LMS) are acknowledged and implemented at all levels of the department in alignment with
- requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.
- Authorizing sufficient resources and assigning appropriate authorities to key personnel to be able
- to carry out their responsibilities in relation to establishment, implementation, management, and
- improvement of LMS, including identification and management of risk and opportunities
