Role and Responsibilities
- Rotate through housekeeping, kids’ program, and dining room duties based on daily scheduling needs.
- Complete weekly dishwashing shifts as assigned.
- Assist with additional ranch operations, which may include hiking guiding, bartending, retail shop support, airport transportation, landscaping, high ropes course facilitation, or golf course duties.
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests in all areas of the ranch.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and hospitality across all workstations.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Adapt to a wide variety of tasks and changing priorities throughout the season.
- Contribute to a positive, community-focused living and working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work hard, stay flexible, and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and rotate between multiple departments.
- Comfortable working closely with a team and living in a communal seasonal setting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and complete physical tasks related to housekeeping, dining service, and program support.
- Valid driver’s license (for those involved in guest transportation).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, childcare, food service, or outdoor recreation.
- Skills or interest in areas such as guiding, bartending, ropes course facilitation, landscaping, or retail.
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
