Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for complex systems.
Conduct system, sub-system, and component-level testing, including functional, performance, and environmental tests.
Analyze test data and provide comprehensive reports on test results.
Identify, document, troubleshoot, and facilitate resolution of issues and anomalies.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine test requirements and methodologies.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
Generate content and participate in internal/external meetings and briefs.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in test engineering or a related role.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Proficient understanding of test and evaluation principles and methodologies.
Conceptual knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
Knowledge of requirements management, system design, and systems integration.
Exposure to planning, conducting and documenting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities.
Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques.
Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
FAA Class III Medical Certification required. Candidates without current certification must obtain it prior to hire.
Ability to complete Altitude Chamber training and qualification
Familiarity with aircraft avionics systems, architectures, and integration.
Active United Stated Top Secret Security Clearance
Ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with various testing equipment, standards, and methodologies to include manual and automated testing.
Ability to prepare complex and professional test plans, test procedures, and test reports in order to demonstrate compliance to system requirements.
Familiarity with Product and Quality Assurance principles and experienced in generation and disposition of product non-conformances.
Experience performing certification testing for various certification organizations (i.e. FAA, NASA, DoD).

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $74,581.13 - $102,549.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
