We’re looking for a Global Process Owner – Procurement who brings fresh thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ambition to shape how procurement works across a global organization.

This role is ideal for someone who may not have spent years in procurement excellence, but who understands processes, thinks structurally, and is excited to learn, challenge, and improve.

The Global Process Owner – Procurement defines, governs, implements, and continuously improves global end-to-end procurement processes across the group and all procured categories. The role ensures standardized ways of working, an effective system enablement, and measurable value delivery while supporting regional execution at scale.

Your mission

You will help define, improve, and scale our end-to-end procurement processes (Source-to-Contract & Procure-to-Pay) across the group.

Working closely with global and regional teams, you’ll turn complexity into clarity — and ideas into scalable solutions.

What you’ll work on

Process Ownership & Improvement

  • Understand how procurement processes work today — and where they don’t
  • Identify improvement opportunities and help design better, simpler ways of working
  • Contribute to global standards while enabling practical regional execution

Data, Analytics & AI

  • Use data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and support decision-making
  • Explore how AI and automation can enhance procurement processes
  • Support the development of smarter, more data-driven ways of working

Systems & Digital Enablement

  • Work with IT and business teams to improve procurement tools and user experience
  • Help ensure data quality and consistency across systems

Performance & Value Tracking

  • Support the definition and tracking of KPIs (efficiency, compliance, cycle time, value delivery)
  • Bring transparency through structured analysis and reporting

Change & Collaboration

  • Work across Procurement, Finance, IT, and other functions
  • Support the rollout of new processes and ways of working
  • Help teams adopt changes through clear communication and training

What we’re looking for

We care more about how you think than how many years of experience you have in a specific role.

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Interest in process improvement, digital tools, and AI applications
  • Experience in consulting, project work, process improvement, or similar environments is a strong plus
  • Previous exposure to procurement or supply chain is welcome — but not required
  • Ability to work across teams and influence without formal authority
  • Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to challenge the status quo
