Job Description
DRI seeks a temporary (1-year) Project Administrator to assist with coordinating active research projects related to DRI support for Lake Mead National Recreation Area efforts to address the impacts of illegal roads. The Project Administrator position will support communications with Lake Mead NRA and assist with completing agency documents, forms, reports and/or budgets essential to the day-to-day operations and long-term support of the program.
Required Qualifications
Experience in a project management/administrator role and managing large, integrated projects
Ability to understand budgeting and resource allocation
Ability to meet deliverable and reporting requirements
Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven abilities in relationship building with a variety of constituents
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in the use of personal computer and current software applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Drive)
Preferred Qualifications (optional)
Knowledge, experience, or interest with Federal grants and contracts procedures and execution.
0-19 hours/week, $45/hr.
Conditions of Employment
This is a remote position. Must be willing to attend meetings remotely in the pacific time zone as needed. Accommodations will be made to hold meetings at reasonable times.
