$3,211.53 - $3,721.15 - Bi-Weekly

Job Description:
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*
● Assess the health and developmental status of pupils as part of their special education evaluation
● Interpret the health and developmental assessments to parents, teachers, administrators, and other professionals directly concerned with the pupil
● Provide a written report of health and medical findings
● Provide pupils, parents and others with information on community resources
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
● Ability to organize and present ideas effectively in oral and written form.
● Ability to interact respectfully with youths and others
● Flexibility in scheduling
● Ability to work independently and effectively with multiple individuals and at several sites
● Willingness to travel to various school locations
● Ability to make skillful decisions.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet IEP report timelines.
Requirements:
● Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
● A valid Registered Nurse License in California.
● Current Certification in CPR.
● Must possess a credential with a School Nurse authorization OR be eligible for a School Nurse service credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
● A valid Audiometry certification
