Pay Range:

$21.14 - $26.29 - Hourly – Depending on Experience

Location: Remote + 10% in person requirement for events, PDs, etc. located in the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, and Pasadena areas

**Must reside in Southern California within 150 miles driving distance of an OFY/OFL school site**

Anticipated schedule:

Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-12pm.

Hours:

  • TOC staff are scheduled at a maximum of 29 hours/week.

  • School hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; Hours are not guaranteed and may vary.​​

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Provide tutoring and instruction to students within a small classroom environment and/or 1 on 1.

  • Post and market availability of tutoring along with schedule.

  • Maintain a consistent schedule as arranged with their supervisor.

  • Provide support to the teachers as needed.

  • Create a tracking system that indicates student appointment times, progress, and areas of improvement.

  • Have clear communication with teachers to support students who need additional support in the designated subject area.

You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in the designated subject.

  • Previous tutoring experience preferred.

  • Proficient computer knowledge and previous experience with Microsoft software.

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
