Entry Level Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator Opportunity

Ray Laks Honda is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator to carry out vehicle deliveries in accordance with our culture and values. This is a position where you are cross trained in all aspects of our business.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the Sales Department to prioritize and manage the delivery of vehicles sold each day. They will gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to explain delivery paperwork to customers
• Answer all questions, including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products.
• Introducing customers to the services provided by our Service Department
• Review operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered
• Continuously contributes to a positive and encouraging atmosphere
• Deliver/pick-up vehicles for customers and other dealerships
• Prep and/or park vehicles as directed
• Readiness to help assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services.
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to build rapport with clients and co-workers
• Good organizational skills
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Experience preferred but will train the right person

 Est. Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $24.00
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
