Borst Landscape and Design has Fleet Mechanic positions available for motivated, dependable, and experienced team members. You'll be responsible for performing skilled mechanical work in the maintenance and repair of landscaping fleet vehicles and equipment. Join for great benefits, a friendly team, and exciting work.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large fleets of vehicles and equipment, ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are adequately maintained and in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large fleet of vehicles and equipment
• Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and repaired
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
• Monitor and control fleet operating costs
• Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance, and repairs
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in fleet maintenance
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance software and tools
