Job Title: Sales Enablement Analyst
Schedule: Full-time | U.S. Daytime Hours
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Enablement Analyst to support our data-driven sales organization. You’ll play a key role in supporting Salesforce operations, reporting, and sales administration — with a strong focus on company and industry research that drives revenue development and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert: create and maintain reports, dashboards, custom objects, and workflows
Customize Salesforce (fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, etc.) to support evolving sales strategies
Provide user support, documentation, and training on Salesforce and other sales tools
Build and maintain recurring ad hoc reports to support sales performance, forecasting, pipeline health and management visibility
Research and compile data on companies, markets, and industries to support sales targeting, lead generation, and go-to-market planning
Maintain data hygiene and support tech stack optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales strategy, process improvements, and automation initiatives
Directly interface with Sales Representatives as needed for Salesforce and other related sales tools
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or CRM support (Salesforce.com required)
Strong Salesforce knowledge, including customization and reporting
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
Strong analytical and market research skills — able to gather and synthesize insights on companies, competitors, and industries
Comfortable using sales tools and CRM platforms
Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment working U.S. daytime hours
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in RPO, Staffing, or BPO industries
Familiarity with sales process design, pricing, or marketing operations
Experience with Salesforce Einstein or AI-powered analytics tools
Experience using sales enablement tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
